Full-Fee-Paying Overseas Students (FFPOS)

Gilson College is approved by the Registered Schools Board to receive Full-Fee-Paying Overseas Students. (Cricos Code: 00978G) Because overseas students are not eligible to receive Commonwealth and State per-capita grants, and costs related to servicing overseas students are higher, fees that these students pay reflect this situation.

Fees:
Full-Fee Paying Overseas Student (paid in advance)

Primary	$ 8,000 per year
Secondary 7-10	$ 10,908 per year
Secondary 11-12	$ 11,642 per year

Please note where a primary student is enrolled the parents of the student must provide in writing, their approval for the "home stay" arrangements, that have been organised.

Fee Refund Policy For FFPOS
Any FFPOS student cancelling an enrolment made to the College, having paid for a year's tuition in advance, will be refunded the full amount if the College is unable to provide the curriculum as specified at the time of enrolment.Alternatively, if the student has made the cancellation due to other reasons, then four weeks notice in writing must be given to Gilson College. A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of a term's fee will be charged. Otherwise, a full term's tuition fee will be charged. All other tuition monies will be fully refunded.

Refunds while attending
Cancellation of enrolment while attending during a term will mean the forfeiture of the current term's fee, but full refund of remaining tuition monies unless the "four weeks’ rule" above is appropriate.

Indemnity Procedures for FFPOS
All tuition monies which are received from a FFPOS are transferred to a trust account. They hold the money in trust and pay Gilson College four times per year at the stated term billing dates.
